Helpful staff, clean room. Situated near the fruit market.
Go to the beach for about 40 minutes, the first floor easy smells like mold.

The staff are really friendly, especially this lady name Kai. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people but ended up with 3, and they agreed to changed our deal to something that makes more sense to us.
It's a little bit far from Ao Nang beach. But given the price it's totally worth it. You can use the spare money to rent a motorbike for just 200baht a day, problem solved.
